Figures by the Lobi people. This figures may be called kontornbe or kô pwinda. I’m not sure.

    The Lobi are from the Gold Coast ( the area known today as Ghana). The Lobi people can also be found in Burkina Faso and Côte d’Ivoire.

    Too far away from West Africa? The British Museum has stolen some of these figures and have them on display. Go check them out!
